WTO貿易政策檢討處處長Willy Alfaro受外交部邀請來台，將於10/25星期二下午至政大演說。Willy Alfaro為日內瓦大學經濟碩士，曾於WTO擔任環境處處長、外交處處長、秘書長辦公室副主任等等，具有豐富實務經驗。

Willy ALFARO, WTO Director of Trade Policies Review Division, is invited by MoFA to give a speech at NCCU on Oct. 25 Tue. Mr. Willy ALFARO is a Master in Econometrics in University of Geneva, Switzerland. Before his current career, he served as WTO Director of Trade and Environment Division, Director of External Relations Division, Deputy-Director of office of the Director-General.
